Terms & Conditions


The following terms and conditions are implemented to ensure to safety and well being of all staff, students and their families. Any questions should be directed to myself (Elaine).

Drop off/Collection

  • All drop offs are located at the entrance of the main hall and collection point at the side door leading to car park.
  • Please avoid late entry to class and pick ups.
  • There is no parents allowed to stay during class to avoid disruptions for the students unless invited for viewing days.

Attire/Wear

  • Hair must be tied back and neat at all times.
  • Appropriate clothing to be worn for class type. Dance wear, gym wear, leotards, footless tights, shorts etc.
  • A dance bag is essential for anyone participating in more than one class a week. Some classes may need the student to bring, dance shoes, foam blocks, ankle weights etc. Please bring water and no fizzy drinks.

Bookings/Refunds

  • Bookings must be made through our site to secure a place in the class.
  • All payments secure a place for the student in a class/camp/workshop etc. Once paid, these cannot be refunded or transferred to another class.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • All terms/classes/camps should be paid for in advance or on the first day of term/camp.
